DESCRIPTION
A hulking wall of muscled capped by a broad, ever grinning face. Taller and wider than most powerlifters, her appearance leans towards heavy muscle and fat, with a clear preference towards practical effectiveness than subjective aesthetics. Nothing about Amanda is traditionally built, but instead seems practically designed as a machine of destruction.
Her features are heavy and angular, with a pair of deep-seated, unnervingly yellow eyes. Disguised, Amanda has golden brown skin with long locks of cream blonde hair. In her natural form, she has bright red skin, pointed teeth, a pair of short and simple white horns, topped with her hair turning bright white.
Outfits are often ragged, chemical stained, and greasy. Most often seen in a blueprint indigo lab coat, thick worker's trousers, and printed t-shirt dedicated to whatever interest has most recently taken her attention.

PERSONALITY
Loud and passionate to the extremes. Takes and immediate liking to all but the sourest of people, being incredibly sociable. Incredibly energetic, particularly when discussing topics of interest including various hobbies, exercises, and inventions. Has a tendency for wild or off-the-wall ideas.
However, this endless energy often needs to be siphoned away. Tends towards physical affection and roughhousing sports to keep behaviour in check, but when agitated or stressed almost always has a tendency towards violence.

BIOGRAPHY
Amanda Guerrero, though she would not use that name for a long time, was born of the Seventh Occult War in the most literal way possible. She ascended from the mire and fire of the Phlegethos in the 7th Circle, ascended to bathe in the Styx in the 5th. The nascent, impish spirit was yet to be named, just another spirit of violence born from the Second World War.
But this one had something different, a spark of sin unlike any other. Most were born of mundane sins, the murder with bayonets, the choking of poison gas, or the apocalyptic doom of Nagasaki and Hiroshima. However, the yet-to-be-named Amanda Guerrero was born of the sins of a second secret world, to embody destruction few could imagine and most had to. This demoness was born from the Seventh Occult War.
That realisation brought her to lucidity. She realised she knew everything there was about paratechnology, and a good chunk of earlier wars with their history too. The demoness had that imprinted like a deer and how to walk, alongside how to walk in fact. Demons are born fully formed, growth not being particularly useful to their role.
It wouldn't be long before someone would take advantage of these capabilities. After only a few years wandering the tartarean realms, the demoness was picked up by Prometheus Lab demonologists. Summoned in her complete full form, the demoness astounded the scientists with her existing knowledge of engineering. Instead of repurposing her as technology, her true name was extracted in exchange for willing servitude as a contracted employee.
From the early 1950's to the fall of Prometheus Labs her role was retained, and for good reason. Eventually given the pseudonym "Amanda Guerrero", she was instrumental in finalising their demonics research, proposing new materials that could micronise summoners further, or early reality anchors with pre-existing knowledge about mixing sentient entities with technology. Outside that, she often worked towards military projects, with a tendency towards designs which barely balanced practicality with ludicrous firepower. If technology needed new scientific discoveries, she almost always had that instinctual knowledge of that field to design the experiments needed.
Eventually however, Prometheus would fall. Amanda was lost in the collapse, with her contract severed in the bureaucratic scramble that ensued and sent back to hell. From both an outside perspective and her own, she was considered lost. For the next few months she travelled Hell, working for various criminal networks as a gun smith, before reaching a small settlement in the 4th Circle known as Undervegas.
Quickly, she discovered a Foundation site was operating out of the region and lept on the opportunity. She approached them directly, requesting employment immediately. She was accepted on-board as a demonics researcher, unaware of her past. For the next few months she would help inform on her own kinds nature and develop improvements to the Site's anti-demonic defenses. Unfortunately, the Site Director did not allow her to turn the House-Nicholas Theoplanar Vacuum into a "death ray", despite the fully functional prototype she managed to design to redirect the alpha radiation it produced.
But it was only a few months before Foundation networks finally picked her up, and linked her to Prometheus. The scramble for that company's employees were hardly over, and the Foundation had access to full records of her history as a researcher. She was immediately transferred considering her known qualifications, and made to assist with the transfer of projects under the Foundation. It wasn't long before she was re-creating and re-writing her own work on SRAs and Demonics to get them in Foundation hands.
Considering her history, and her innate qualifications, a promotion to a Senior role was standard. The Foundation would not waste Prometheus talent.

EMERGENCY ANOMALOUS PROTOCOLS
Personnel are to apply holy water and religious symbols, ideally of an Abrahamic faith, around or on Guerrero to prevent her movement and incapacitate her. Fire suppressants, lack of air, and extreme cold are all effective at inhibiting pyrokinesis. Heavy duty restraints and sedatives are effective but in a limited capacity, and should be used only where exorcism is not an option.
Personnel should be careful to avoid exposing Guerrero directly to divinity for extended periods, as this can cause permanent injury or death.
ANOMALY

Amanda Guerrero is a natural born Ira-Class, also known as Wrath, demoness. She has little capacity or tendency towards contracts, but possesses many other abilities and weaknesses tied with the species.
DEMONIC BIOLOGY
Amanda Guerrero is a polymorph with the ability to switch between a visually human form and a demonic form. Her human form has the traits of an reasonably tough and strong individual, comparable to a strength athlete, with none of her other demonic abilities but subject to the same restrictions. However, unless her "Wrath" is suppressed, either through supernatural means or a strong sedative, Amanda has the ability to return to her natural demonic form.
Besides being much larger and having an altered appearance, noted with brackets in SECTION I, this form allows her to tap into demonic stamina. Her strength is increased to be able to lift up to half a dozen metric tons alongside a sharp increase in mass and muscle density making her much more durable, the combination making her over 3 times as durable as a human able to take multiple serious injuries which would be immediately fatal to another. She also has a mild resistance to pharmaceuticals, given the increased body mass.
For convenience, Amanda can also take the form of a demon without altering her height but this does not allow her to access her full strength and durability. Remaining as a human is uncomfortable but bearable for her, with her more demonic appearances causing decreasingly less discomfort.
PYROKINESIS
Amanda has a form of basic pyrokinesis, rendering her entirely immune to high temperatures with limited abilities to control them. She can create pillars of fire extending from herself up to 1000 celsius and a distance of 6.66 metres, but they must originate from her. She can also manipulate pre-existing fires shape and direction within this range, which can be as hot as they start at but must still source from their origin.
DEFILED SOUL
Amanda is deathly weak to holy items, particularly of Abrahamic faiths. Touching items with the right level of Akiva causes her body to burst into white flames that bypass her pyrokinesis which only ends when removed, with her being even ignited by the presence of particularly strong materials.
Contact with a holy symbol burns her, she cannot cross lines of holy water or holy ground, and the presence of correctly-aligned deities instantaneously igniting her body, with miracles or angels still causing "flashes".
If Amanda is not killed with this method, her soul will reform in Hell, the realm connected to SCP-7666 not any other possible dimension holding a similar name. She can then return through summoning by a thaumaturge or access points like Undervegas. If she is killed through theurgy, or at least with it as a significant contribution, her soul is instead too damaged or unbound from hell and she cannot return.
CONTRACT
Amanda has little to offer in and no desire to create soul contracts. Never-the-less, an individual in possession of her True Name, distinct from any listed on this page or used by her publicly. By utilising her true name in her presence, Amanda can be forced to sign a contract outlining details of servitude she is psychologically compelled to comply to.
Amanda is only required to follow the letter of the contract, and if an individual ever destroys the original physical copy containing her name or the terms of the contract run out then she is released from servitude. This type of contract still incites Faustian Fever.
Amanda could also deliberately sign a soul contact, binding herself for a contract she willing agrees to in exchange for a targets soul. This would have similar effects, as Amanda has no particular use for souls at this moment, although they do pose a theoretical use as an ingredient in the production of Demonarcotics.
ADDENDUM: DEMONICS
While not a full anomaly, Amanda Guerrero has in-depth knowledge about Demonics and Demonarcotics. She has the knowledge used to create technology or pharmaceuticals respectively that summon and contain demons to grant additional abilities to their users from those demons. She pioneered the use of both electrical and tartarean demons at Prometheus Labs, and considered one of the current experts in the field. Use of either risk Faustian Fever, and containing a sentient entity risks other kinds of malicious backfire on the user. Any items of this form are separate miscellaneous submissions, this only representing a possibility for development.
